1. Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or using QuizRush, you agree to these Terms of Use and our related policies. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be legally able to enter into this agreement in your location. A parent or legal guardian must supervise any user who is not old enough to consent independently.
2. Accounts and account security
You may play a guest round without an account. An account is required to retain points, earn levels, and appear on public leaderboards. Registration information must be accurate, and each person should maintain only the accounts they legitimately control.
- Keep your password confidential and use a unique password.
- Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
- You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless prohibited by law.
- Do not sell, transfer, impersonate, or share an account to manipulate rankings.
3. Quiz scoring and rankings
Each standard round contains five questions. Correct answers receive the point value assigned to the question; wrong or unanswered questions receive zero. Registered players accumulate all-time and monthly points. Levels are assigned according to thresholds configured by the administrator.
We may correct scores, remove duplicate or fraudulent attempts, resolve technical errors, or recalculate rankings when necessary to protect leaderboard accuracy. Leaderboard position is not a prize, financial asset, or guarantee of future standing.
4. Fair play
You must not use bots, scripts, automated requests, answer extraction, account sharing, vulnerability exploitation, or coordinated manipulation to gain points or disrupt the service. You must not bypass rate limits, the ten-day question-repeat protection, authentication controls, or any other technical restriction.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use QuizRush to break the law, harass others, upload malicious material, probe systems without authorization, interfere with availability, collect personal information improperly, or publish content that infringes another party's rights.
6. Content and intellectual property
QuizRush, its interface, branding, questions, explanatory material, software, and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the service for personal quiz participation. You may not reproduce, sell, scrape, republish, or create a competing question database from our content without written permission.
7. Availability and changes
We work to keep QuizRush reliable, but uninterrupted operation is not guaranteed. Features, questions, scoring values, level thresholds, and availability may change. Maintenance, security incidents, network failures, or circumstances outside our control may temporarily affect access.
8. Suspension and termination
We may restrict or terminate access when an account violates these terms, threatens other users or the service, manipulates scores, or creates legal or security risk. Where appropriate, we may remove affected scores from the leaderboard.
9. Disclaimers and liability
QuizRush is provided for general entertainment and educational use. Quiz content may contain mistakes or become outdated and should not be treated as professional advice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is,” and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from its use.
10. Contact and updates
